Yes, those depressing, anxiety and/or hurt producing moments should be seen as an invitation, as an opportunity to look within and see what unconscious parts of ourselves need to be made conscious and integrated in our whole being. Sadly, most societal norms leads you to quick fixes that devoid you of the opportunity to move towards becoming whole, integrated person.
