I like what you say here until you get into what to do about it. This amounts to doing exactly what is being done to us by capitalism. For myself for years now I have really despised a lot of exercise when I was in graduate school I regularly jogged and did some pick up basketball and all of that shit. It helped to keep my mind alert. I did this unconsciously really without thinking about it too much. Now some people might say I’ve let myself go, but I’m really quite happy most of the time. I’m a socialist an anti-capitalist and an anti-Zionist so I am very worried for the world in which we live. But I don’t expect to live forever. And now I’m nearly 79. I don’t need a lot of physical activity anymore as for consciousness of my body well it has it takes in pain it’s called old age I accept it. Anyway thanks for your input. Live long and prosper.
