So how do organizations like Fox News, OANN, NewsMax, etc. accommodate Chomsky’s filters? How tolerant are these organizations to dissenting views?

All US media is the same. If you see a difference between Fox News and MSNBC you’re not paying attention. You will not find dissenting views on any U.S. media sources.
